Dear Patient,

Welcome to our practice! We appreciate the trust you have placed in us.  Our first priority is your comfort.  Your individual needs are always considered, your choices respected.  In order to provide you with the best possible care, Dr. Stacy Manlove will first complete a comprehensive oral examination.  This includes a complete review of your medical and dental history, all necessary radiographs and intraoral images, oral cancer screening, periodontal health evaluation, and the examination of your teeth.  Following this exam, Dr. Manlove will discuss her findings with you, develop a treatment plan that your are comfortable with, and then you will be scheduled accordingly.

Please be prepared for your appointment by filling out the new patient information we have mailed to you.  You can also access the patient information on our website ccdentalhealthcenter.com.   Please call the office with any dental insurance information that you might have.  Also, please read our financial policy.  Payment is expected at the time of the first visit.  If you are covered by insurance, we will expect payment of your portion at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.  For payment plans, we work with CareCredit and Capitol One. We would be happy to answer any questions about finances.

We believe in the team approach to dental care.  In order for your treatment to be successful please keep your appointments to ensure proper continuity.  Our practice is not a walk-in type of practice, therefore, we carefully schedule our patients based on their needs and personal schedules.  We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance so that no one’s time is wasted!  Cancellations should be treated with consideration for the inconvenience it can cause.  We realize that emergencies can happen, but cannot over emphasize our appreciation to our patients for keeping their planned appointments.
